By accessing and using Metin2Alerts ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Metin2Alerts provides market tracking, price alerts, and analytics tools for the Metin2 online game.

Metin2Alerts is an unofficial platform created for the Metin2 community and is not affiliated with Webzen Inc. or Gameforge. Metin2 and related trademarks, logos, and assets are the property of their respective owners.

3. User Accounts

You may create an account using Google authentication. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

4. Subscription Plans

The Service offers free and paid subscription tiers (Pro, Ultra). Paid subscriptions are billed through Stripe. Prices are in USD. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the billing period.

5. Free Trial

New users receive a 15-day free trial of Pro features. No payment information is required for the trial. After the trial ends, your account reverts to the Free tier.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: scrape or automate access to the Service; share your account; attempt to circumvent rate limits or tier restrictions; use the Service for any illegal purpose.

7. Data Accuracy

Market data is provided "as is" and may not be perfectly accurate or real-time. We do not guarantee the completeness or timeliness of any data.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided without warranty. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to in-game trading decisions.

9. Account Deletion

You may request account deletion from your profile page. Deletion requests are processed manually by administrators.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
